From request to delivery — here’s how your custom jersey order works.

1. Send Your Request

Send us a reference image, product link, or simply tell us what kind of jersey you want.

We review the jersey style, colors, name, number, team name, size, quantity and other customization details.

We create front and back design previews based on the confirmed details.

Check the design carefully, including names, numbers, colors, lettering, logos and overall layout. Changes can be made before production begins.

Once the design is approved, we provide a purchase link on the official XXJERSEY website so you can complete checkout securely.

After your order is confirmed, production begins, including fabric cutting, embroidery or stitching, sewing and final assembly.

Standard production time is 5–15 business days.

Shipping time starts after production is complete.

After production, we inspect the finished jersey and check the main customization details before shipping.

After quality inspection, your order is carefully packed and shipped.
