How It Works

  1. Provide your preferred jersey type, colors, name, number, size, and quantity.

  2. Our team will review your request and contact you to confirm the available options, design details, and final price. Custom jersey prices are generally similar to comparable products on our website. More complex designs may require an additional charge, while discounted pricing may be available for bulk orders.

  3. Review and confirm all details before placing your order.

  4. Once your order and payment have been confirmed, we will begin production.

Customization Details

Please include as much information as possible:

  • Jersey type: Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, or Other

  • Preferred colors

  • Name and number

  • Size

  • Quantity

  • Logos, patches, or other design details

  • Required delivery date, if applicable

  • Any additional requests

Reference Image

High-resolution images are preferred. Please use clear JPG, PNG, or PDF files and include images of the front, back, sleeves, logos, and other important details whenever possible.

If you only have a low-resolution image, you can still send it to us. We will do our best to improve the image quality and recover the necessary design details. If the image cannot be restored clearly enough for production, we might be unable to complete the custom order.

Reference images are used to help us understand your design preferences. The final product may vary slightly depending on available materials, colors, construction methods, and production requirements.

Production Time

Standard production time is 10–20 business days after all design and order details have been confirmed.

Orders placed during the Halloween and Christmas peak seasons may require an additional 5–10 business days for production.

Shipping time is calculated separately and is not included in the production time. A requested delivery date does not guarantee arrival by that date.

Important Information

Please review all names, numbers, spelling, colors, sizes, and design details carefully before confirming your order.

Please review our Size Guide before selecting your size. As each product is custom-made and hand-cut, measurements may vary by approximately ±1–2 cm. This is a normal result of the handmade production process.

Because custom jerseys are made specifically according to the confirmed requirements, changes might not be possible after production has started.

We usually respond within 12–24 hours. Requests submitted on weekends may receive a response within 24–48 hours.

Submitting a custom request does not create or confirm an order. Production will begin only after the design details, price, and payment have been confirmed.
