CUSTOM JERSEYS

At XX Jersey, we believe in delivering excellence with every custom jersey order. Our dedicated team puts meticulous attention to detail into crafting each unique piece, ensuring it meets our highest standards of quality. Please note that all custom jersey orders require 5-10 days for creation depending on the quantity. Once your order is crafted with care, shipping typically takes 7-10 days. We appreciate your patience as we strive to provide you with the best possible product and experience.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you and immediately refund your order.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All tracking numbers we be emailed/texted to the contacts you listed 1-3 days after your purchase. You can also check on the status of your order at any time by direct messaging us on Instagram @theXXjersey to get a tracking number and link. You can also more easily reach out to our customer support desk at service@XXjersey.com to ask questions anytime. All tracking numbers are generally emailed within 1-3 days of purchase.

For logistical reasons, if you have a multi-item order, each product may be shipped in separate packages. We ship each item from a range of our warehouses depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! Contact us at service@XXjersey.com for more information about specific orders and we will be happy to assist you.

 

ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered the correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders. Be sure that you are 110% sure about purchasing the product before proceeding to checkout. If you need to make a change in sizing to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you!
