XXJERSEY is a brand operated by CUSTOM ANY INC. Our U.S. registered and mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This address is for company registration and mail only, not an operating location, warehouse, shipping origin, return address, or customer-visit location. Our operations, shipping, and returns are based in China.
XXJERSEY provides ready-to-ship, custom and made-to-order sports jerseys for individuals, teams, clubs, schools, organizations, retailers, resellers, and other customers.

2. WEBSITE USE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Use the website for fraud or illegal activity

3. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Many XXJERSEY products are custom-made or made to order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted or approved for an order, including:
- Name
- Number
- Size
- Colors
- Team name
- Logos
- Quantity
- Other customization details
If a product is made according to customer-approved information, customer-submitted errors may not qualify for refund, remake, or replacement.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including cases involving:
- Payment problems
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing errors
- Unsupported requests
- Incomplete order information
- Violations of these Terms
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, and order information.
5. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and shipping charges may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product information, pricing, availability, or promotions.
If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer to resolve the issue.
6. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Ready-to-ship items normally ship from China within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping transit time is additional and is counted after shipment. Ready-to-ship items do not require custom production.
Custom and made-to-order products normally require 10–20 business days for production before shipment. During peak seasons, production may require an additional 10–15 business days. Shipping transit time is additional.
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference and may vary due to order volume, destination, carrier conditions, customs, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Cancellation, return, replacement, remake, or refund eligibility depends on the type of order and the circumstances.
Eligible ready-to-ship items follow our 30-day return policy, including non-quality returns subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Customers pay return shipping for non-quality returns. Custom and made-to-order restrictions apply to custom items as described in that policy.
For eligible refunds that require a return, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 48 hours after receiving the returned goods. Bank or payment-provider posting time is additional. This does not add a return requirement to approved refunds without a return or to eligible order-cancellation refunds.

8. TEAM, WHOLESALE, RESELLER, AND DROPSHIPPING ORDERS
XXJERSEY may provide services for:
- Team orders
- School and club orders
- Bulk orders
- Wholesale
- Reseller partnerships
- Dropshipping
Different pricing, quantities, customization requirements, and business terms may apply.
For team and bulk inquiries:
Participation in wholesale, reseller, or dropshipping services does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
9. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit or request the use of any:

- Logos
- Images
- Graphics
- Artwork
- Designs
- Other content
XXJERSEY may refuse requests that we reasonably believe may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, or platform requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, layout, and other original content owned by XXJERSEY may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
